Electrical shit, concertina wire, and more crazy moon language
Either this graffiti predates the concertina wire or that was one determined tagger.
The graffiti starts getting heavier. Also the first of the "FUCK YOU"s.
I stand corrected; one of the "FUCK YOU"s was red.

Old-school lowriders.
